Thorn is broken / bugged

Its about a joke item since remake anyways. Regardless just finished a aram vs all ad team so stacked all armor. Ended up with 390's armor. From 280 till end game the "10% return damage" was 28. Forgot to screenshot but its there. Also a though on returning it to previous state would be helpful since the current version does nothing when adding life steal into the mix.
