Sona's Q Freeze

I play quite a bit and EVERY game the FIRST Q I do ALWAYS freezes my screen for about a half or quarter of a second. Not only does it do this to me but everyone else playing as well (enemy team or not everyone on the map is affected). I have qued with my friends and they often say 'wtf was that lag' right after I do my first Q, nothing major but it does get kind of annoying and I figure it should be fixed. Also I haven't found someone that is not affected by the freeze from her Q yet.

(I would take a video of it but I'm in NA and LoL is currently down)
