riot still hasn't fixed this bug

Its been a long time since the 9.23 update and i still cant see my mission tab or my voice chat tab.

Not only cant i see what i have to do to complete event missions, but i cant even join voice chat when i'm playing with friends.

Riot can you please fix this? Everything was working great before the 9.23 update,
