Cassiopeia Miasma not working as intended.

Hello, in a recent game I was playing as Cassiopeia against Akali and Zac, and they both completely ignored the mobility denial of my Miasma(W).

Zac could still ult out of it, and Akali could use her twilight shroud despite it being a mobility spell nowadays, this happened multiple times during the course of the game. I highly doubt this is supposed to happen, so I hope this will be brought to attention. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
