Ridiculous Champion Select Bug

Okay now I'm EXTREMELY mad I go into a ranked game, and at first everything seems normal. But after the bans when we were supposed to pick champions (Third pick) it made the lock in sound and "reverted" to the enemies second pick, and we were unable to pick our champions. We all have a bit of a laugh about it in the lobby, thinking it will fix itself, but when the time runs out it disbands the champion select, states that "you have been removed from the Queue for failing to pick a champion" and applies leaverbuster and LP loss. What the hell?
