Aatrox ulti and q bug

So, let me cut straight to the chase. I don't know if this first is a bug or not, but it doesn't seem right to me. Jax's counterstrike blocks all 3 of Aatrox's Qs. They don't even CC him and he takes no damage. The second bug that's been annoying me is that when Aatrox ults, he fears his own minions. Also not sure if this is intended but this especially doesn't seem right, considering that you could be attacking a tower, ult to start a tower dive and then the minions run away because of your ult and you end up tanking some tower shots earlier and you end up dying due to that one extra shot hitting you rather than living and barely escaping tower range where one more shot from a tower would kill you.
