Azir AA Not Hitting [GAMEPLAY]

1. I have no idea if this was intended but occasionally Azir's auto's don't damage champions. If they somehow escape from the range as the auto attack animation goes out I can understand, but sometimes a champion may just walk a bit to the left while in range and the spear completely doesn't hit them.

However, I am pretty sure that Azir not being able to hit minions is a glitch. Occasionally after I Q, my soldiers can attacks minion about 3 or 4 times (before they dissapear) and no damage is dealt. It's frustrating when I plan to clear the wave but I can't and thus spend a fatal amount of time trying to finish them.

Replicating: Usually happens after I Q, no idea if other people are experiencing it, but others can see me missing the soldier AA over and over on stationary targets.

Thank you, I really like Azir but his glitchiness occasionally makes me want to quit learning him, especially when it costs me a cs and sometimes even a life or death situation.
