League Launcher not Working for Me

The first time I tried the launcher it went to 99% 0.07 MB left (120-0 KBps). I restarted my computer and it only loads up to like 5900 (I quit league since I got tired of it) files scanned. I don't understand what happened. After I restarted I also had closed everything. (I could have added a picture of it but I already closed the launcher!)
