New Client Spectate Fails

Trying to use spectate in the new client doesn't work for anyone. I have tried restarting the client and it still doesn't work. The word 'spectate' is not bold and left highlighted an not clickable for ANY of my friends. Any way to fix this Riot?

Spectates not working in-client atm I believe. You can still do it on op.gg though, or wait for a fix.
