Unresponsive Patcher

Ever since the alpha client went to open beta I have had an unresponsive patching client. I can hit launch and hear the launch tone but nothing will happen. I tried to repair the client and my browser opened up the news page 20 times. Forcing a repatch did not help. LOL has been reinstalled and the issue persists. I have to wait more than a minute for a response after clicking the dialog. The progress bar is even weird. http://i65.tinypic.com/14bojdv.jpg

The only thing that I do differently then most would be that the game is installed on a separate SSD then the OS install.

Nvidia Driver 361.43 -> 375.86: Not an issue.
