[CLIENT] Trick or Treat Free Ranks?

Random completion of series(not in one) and two rank ups.

I was playing ranked as a silver 5 during Halloween. After the matches it would say "unable to connect to server if this problem persists please restart your client" which I did. During the first and third ranked game I would DC do to ATT U-Verse issues(never happened before). The only difference at the end of the third game is it said "congratulations on completing your series" and I was Silver 3. I do not know if it was my treat from Riot but it does makes me wonder if your servers have a bug with daylight savings games.
