every time I click on accept it keeps telling me that i have decline this is the 3rd time in a row, and just received a warning for a penalty already ran (Initiate Full Repair). Also there is a problem when running normal or rank draft mode when you start banning champs graphics and soundtrack lags.

I had a 10 minute queue ban because of it!
