Idk if it's on my end but this update says it's taking 3000min to download?

I havent had this issue with any other patch in the past, I tried restarting my router and computer but the patch is only at 12% and i just got done taking a 8hour nap. So am I looking at a temporary break? Or should i try reinstalling the entire client?
