Bug - Can't leave fountain at start of game?

Has anyone else encountered this bug yet where everyone else can leave the fountain but you? In my opinion it's pretty game-breaking.

It happened to a teammate 3 nights ago. We all spawned into the fountain. There is that new ring that prevents you from leaving for the first 5 or 10 seconds (why does this exist in the first place? Serves no purpose). Once the ring disappeared we could all leave fountain but him. He had to end up leaving the game and coming back to fix it, but by then he was already behind in the laning phase.

Then it happened to me last night. It took me forever to relog the game, and I was the jungler. I was incredibly behind and relogging created odd performance issues for me the rest of the game.

Can this bug be addressed ASAP? It's really unfair. Either fix it or remove that stupid barrier at the fountain.

Lately this has been happening to me and I can't even reconnect... so now I have been leaver busted twice when I am forced to leave the game to even participate in the game... I am uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it and I have sent a ticket to Riot

The barrier I think is for people to have a few sec to figure out what to buy. Some people have a custom build setup and can start and go and beat the enemy team to their buff or w/e.

Yes, I too have had this bug happen to me. It's really dumb and I agree that it is a complete game changer. I see the purpose in the ring for the first 15 seconds, but that bug is too big a problem for it to be there. I got it once about a month ago when the new SR came out and now I just got it again today... Kinda disappointing Riot hasn't fixed these major bugs.

This happened to me right now, in a ranked game. I dont know what causes this bug but it definitley gives my team a disidvantage. Please rito fix.

This same thing happened to me in a ranked game and i had to restart the client; i wasn't able to leave fountain even after minions spawned so it's definitely a bug not the wall; by the time i rejoined the darius was already level 5. Needs to be fixed asap

I'm still experiencing this bug randomly, riot please. I shouldn't have to reconnect and come back to a game where everyone else is pissed at me because I wasn't there and then be falsely reported

This just happened to me. I exited game to fix it, but when I came back I was still suck.

Not a bug, for the first 15 seconds you aren't allowed to leave fountain. it gives time to buy items without having an impact of "whoever can buy the items fastest get's better map movement". To compensate, homeguard is given to everyone for the first time out of fountain.
