Occasional bug

Once in a blue moon, during my ranked champion select, the texts at the bottom of the screen (chat room, masteries, runes, summoner spells and ward skins) disappeared. Then after few minutes, the whole client froze and crashed, giving me the LPQ thanks to the crash. Has anyone encountered this problem? I would like a solution to this. P.S Never happened in any other situation except ranked champion select
