i have been playing jhin in this patch 6.18 and his passive on other players is showing up on the enemy and no one has tagged them and when i hit it nothing happens to them. is this a bug or have i just not played enough jhin to realize it?
DarkestSide1 votesWhat passive u mean? U mean his W bind passive? If u arent in range for bind, the debuff wont show up until you are in range for it, and the enemy was hit 4 seconds ago by a teammate.
