Client not connecting games

So I got banned from earning Project loot, as I "afk"'d one game- Loading screen was shown, as all other players champs and borders. Ping was on 0, game wasnt loading at all till there was info "game already has ended" and in post game screen I can see myself leaving game, which is kidna unfair since it was client bug, not me leaving. Any way to get possibility to earn tokens again? Also I cant send bug reports from client, there s alert bracket "app not found"
