GV can't cancel basic attack motion

Um, Actually what I mean is that He can cancel 'the motion' but he can't initialize his basic attack cooldown timer. While Jhin's one initializes that.

It's a shame that I can't do basic canceling kidding playing Graves.

Is it a bug or intended one?
