[Gameplay] Sion Q/R unusable after a certain point in the game.

[Description] - Exactly what it says on the tin. Neither by keyboard clicking nor manually clicking the ability icon would Sion's ultimate (R) or cone channel knock-up (Q) function.

[Reproduction] - Haven't managed it yet, though I suspect from browsing this forum it involves Sion getting taunted by either Shen, Rammus, or Galio while channeling his Q.
