[GAMEPLAY] Karma's W does not root Highlandered Master Yi at the end of the duration.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Master Yi was in range of the (Mantraed!) tether the whole time, and at the end, a "cannot be slowed" buff appears over Master Yi. And if I'm not mistaken, Highlander is supposed to be immunity to slows, not immunity to roots.
