Exactly what it says on the tin. Master Yi was in range of the (Mantraed!) tether the whole time, and at the end, a "cannot be slowed" buff appears over Master Yi. And if I'm not mistaken, Highlander is supposed to be immunity to slows, not immunity to roots.
