Sion's Q and R become non-functional after death.

Can't provide replication due to the nature of where this bug happens. But I can give you as many details as possible.

Where: Howling Abyss, ARAM Mode What: After dying Sion's Q and R stop working, when the button is pressed you hear the click in game for an ability toggled, but nothing happens. When: Roughly around level 12-ish.

Sub Notes: -Dying again does not fix this. His Q and R remain broken for the remainder of the game. -I had the active item Righteous Glory, in case that somehow is procing this bug too. -Manually clicking the ability will not trigger it either.
