[GAMEPLAY] invis chat or delay

yesterday when i played some games all the chats out of them in the queue and in champ select was pretty bad . in queue the chat was so delayed maybe 6 sec or so . And then i played ranked i was typing and nothing appeared , also this was a prob for all the team members as i was told by the ingame chat wich was fine
