[BUGS] bards chroma and champion portraits

well the first one is that the champion portraits still have a chance to go at random after this i went to a team builder game selected my bard chroma and in game it didn't go it was off and after that in 2 other normal games 1rst one custom and then normal i clicked on bards clasic skin and the option to pick a chroma wasn't even there i clicked on the bards release skin and then at the classic but nothing it didnt bring up the litle squares to pick a chroma plz fix this bug rito cuz i have waited long enough and i want to play my bard with my random colours and i have the chroma for sure in the shop its listed as owned so yeah i dont know but plz fix dis :D
