Kalista double rend

I main Kalista and after patch 4.12, I would rend a jungle monster to kill the mini monsters and then without hitting E again it would automatically rend again and put my timer on a 11 second cd. This has happened over 10 times to me but only seems to happen when farming the jungle. Let me know if anyone else is having the same problem! Thanks -zklopper
