Orange curser?

Hey right after the 5.5 Patch i started having these problems with my curser. Every once it a while it would turn orange instead of blue ( Colorblind mode). During this time i would not be able to click on settings, spells, menu, and when i moved near minions it would lock me onto them so i couldn't move till they died. This happens every few games but only once per game. Not sure if this is a bug or something I'm pushing but id really like it fixed. Thanks
