Hextech Bug in New Client

*Also curious if this has happened to anyone else, I did attempt to use the Hextech Repair Tool to no success

Bug: When opening a Hextech chest in the new client the loot doesn't show up and is not deposited in my loot inventory. To clarify after clicking "Open" the chest completes the animation of the unlock but when the loot would pop up in the window it does not, the window does not appear. In addition the loot window in the client freezes and is unresponsive. The top tabs Home, Profile, Collection, etc can be interacted with and are highlighted when the mouse is moved over them. Upon exiting the client or exiting the Loot tab (Home, Profile, Collection, etc.) and returning the loot does not appear and the chest along with the key are consumed. After consulting Riot Support I'm told their system shows the loot being auto added to my inventory, however I cannot see (possible visual bug?). This occurred three times today and the trend I noticed with Riot Support is that they've all been Summoner Icons.

Skins and champion shards still appeared as normal
