Calculating differences

Everytime I get a bug splat now it tries to repair files and "calculate differences"

This stupid new launcher feature costs me ranked losses every time.

My installation is always fine, HOW do I skip this calculating differences? Please release a way to skip it or get rid of it all together. It's crazy.
