DJ Sona Animation Bug

Sona appears in Concussive form without the animation when initally transitioning from Kinetic to Concussive, when performing the transition for the first time in game.

Example:

1. Start a Normal 5v5 match and load into the game.
2. Press Ctrl and the 5 key to active the transitional animation.
3. Observe the animation.

I got it to happen every time since the 5.5 patch released.
