Bug splat,leading to repair to crash to fix to low prioty

Title kinda says it all I was already at 2 matches left in a low prioty and when i got past champ select it bug splatted i reported this and waitd for it to repair I did not really expect the aram game to be avaible and it wouldnt count against me but how is this my fault?
