Client bugged for everything involving friends.

past two days my clients been bugged to the point that I cant see game invites or friend requests and my list wont move when I open it up and try to move it unless i close it and open it again and then it moves to where I tried moving it too, anyone have similar issues? Restarting league and comp isnt working
