Low Priority Queue Timer Getting Stuck & Resetting

While queuing ranked duo's with a friend who has low priority queue, the timer will freeze sometime after the 20 minute mark. We also got stuck at 22:15 - restarted the queue, and our queue popped at 19 minutes before the low priority queue timer. After this match we queued up again and at the 20 minute mark my friend had a timer on his screen for 13 minutes so we ended up waiting 33 minutes and then the timer froze as soon as his 13 minute timer went away.

So now i'm here queuing again for another 20 minute queue because of it.
