[GAMEPLAY] Skrimisher's Smite

So, over the past week, on several occurences, in situations where I have EXCLUSIVELY participated in a kill by using skirmisher's smite, I have received no credit for kill or assist. I also saw an instance of this on Nightblu3's stream where a riven died to a turret, and he smited her and received no credit for using a spell against her before she died. I think this is an incredibly aggravating bug that has denied me kills/ assists several times just in the past week, and it should be looked at.
