Plat 5 Rengar Main LF high gold/ low plat duo

I would prefer it not be ADC, but I can work with ADC if need be. I need a positive duo partner with a good mentality. I am playing ranked to improve, then win. I find that prospect much easier with someone else involved. Would like to play with someone that is willing to discuss how to improve after losses. If you don't give up on me, I won't give up on you. I want to climb to diamond too.
