Various Bugs in Client

Anytime i click on my profile or try viewing a friends, my cursor just turns into the little clock and never loads. While in the champ select screen i cannot see any summoner spells on the screen, mine or my teammates.

Store loads fine though naturally.

Anyone else have this experience?
