"Couldnt create dumpster file."

Whenever i join a game, loading stops at 50% and kicks me, saying the game "Could not create a dumpster file." After several restarts of the client it lets me join in, only to be sitting at 2 fps, even with the settings as low as possible. Never had any problems until i downloaded new patch this morning, had 60fps and cant remember the ms but it was under 100 as far as i can remember.
