[Client] After a game the client does not appear fully

After finishing a game of League of Legends in any game mode, the victory/defeat sign will appear and i will be able to click on continue. The issue lies in the stat screen appearing. Instead of the client coming back up, it instead decides to give me a small box of the screen (in which i cannot click anything) and I have to continuously end task and re-log in. I have uninstalled the game and it's files 4 times and I have also repaired the files 5 times. What is going on?
