Won't let me queue up in Ranked because of position choices (for all position choices)

Just tried to queue up as supp/mid and it said "Your team [of one] must cover a wider variety of positions before queueing up!" I then tried every other possible combination (including fill), can't join a match because "not enough variety" in any combination apparently. https://imgur.com/zf5siA1
