League crashing causing losses in promotion series?

League crashed in the loading screen, I hit reconnect, took a few times to get past the network can't connect error (which as far as I can tell was completely bogus since everything else was working on the network for me). Once I got in I'd missed the first 25-30s of the game, not a big deal or so I thought. After the game (which I lost) it showed that I'd lost 3 games and won one in my series, but that was supposed to be the first game of my series, so what the heck is up riot?
