fix katas E+W combo bug

so whenever i E AND THEN AFTER I E I PRESS W then it drops dagger and then she jumps. its so fu*king annoying. and whenever a yasuo Q me he knocks me up even doe i jumped on him and dodged it. it forced me to buy boots and go free kills because i couldnt win it. its so annoying fix bug or else i have to grief if it happens again because it will be unfair gaming for me
