[CLIENT] No olaf bot option in practice tool

You can't choose olaf as the bot to play against in the practice tool.

1. Play
2. Training
3. Practice Tool and Confirm
4. Add Bot 5.Drop-Down champ list
5. Olaf should be between Nunu and Rammus

This happens every time for everyone. rip olaf
