[GAMEPLAY] [CLIENT] game low fps possibly linked to client.

I was playing a game, not long after I initiated a full repair on my game, and suddenly my game would not go higher than 23 fps. I tried tabbing back in, changing my window settings, restarting the game and client, and even setting my graphics to the lowest. In the end, I accidentally logged out of the client while having the game open, and that fixed it. (after I restarted the game it was always at 13 fps.) I tried going into a practice game, and again, the fps was stuck at ~13-15, unless I signed out of the client. This is a temporary fix, albeit one with a hassle tied to it.
