Bug Splat - Main Account - Other accounts are fine

So since yesterday all i've been getting is bug splats across all accounts, I emailed riot support and i got a response to do msconfig etc and so on, I did that and it didn't do one thing.

But i hover over a certain freind on my friends list and it completley bug splats for no reason, I go to training or ranked it kicks me out of champ select and restarts my game and bug splats and constantly keeps repeating to the point you can't even task manager it

So i go onto another account this morning and i get in champ select i get into ranked perfectly fine.

I go onto my main account - Toxic but King, click "Training" > "start game" bug splat

Try it on my other accounts all completley fine?

Can someone explain how 1 account can bug splat your whole game and hovering over a specific friend can bug splat? It sounds stupid but i can show gifs or anything if needed for someone to explain, Thank you.
