Game is literally bug splatting repeadely and won't even let me close it

So I hover over a certain friends account - bug splat I went into champ select - bug splatted repeatdely and wouldn't let me close it even in task manager because it kept repeating Updated all graphics and everything else it's all fine.

Windows 7 GTX 1660 Ti Literally have no idea what to do and can't see anyone else ever have a problem where hovering over 1 person getting a bug splat but everyone else is fine i tell them to delete me i can login fine without bug splat, they add me i bug splat like wtaf?
