"Damaging a monster with a spell or attack..."

Any champion that has a basic attack modifier that deals area of effect damage, isn't applying the Tooth effect to secondary targets. Applies as normal to the primary target, though.

1. Select any of the following champions.
2. Purchase Hunter's Talisman.
3. Put a point in the noted ability(s) for the champion.
4. Proceed to any jungle camp that has more than one monster.
5. Activate the noted ability(s), and then attack any random monster in the camp.
6. Observe as Tooth applies to the monster you attacked, but none of the others that get hit by the area of effect damage.

This is reproducible 100% of the time, tested in controlled setting (Practice Tool).

It can be assumed that any other champion with a similar type of ability will share this bug.

This is especially important to fix for Rek'Sai. Makes her literally unplayable in jungle.
