[Crash] Critical Error

Only started happening today, I entered the game for about 10 seconds and got the system error. When trying to reconnect, I make it to about 2% in the loading screen and the error pops up. I know EU servers have been having this issue, but there's no online explanation and the solutions seem to be only temporary. Anyone else having this issue ever since the new patch (9.4)?

EDIT: I can't connect to URF games, custom games, and cannot spectate. I haven't tried with normal, ranked, and aram because I don't want to AFK and I'm pretty sure I would still get the same error.
