Log in takes forever, still says I'm in a game 30 minute later and Xin bug

So I take forever to log in, no biggie. Point two is I finished a game clicked Victory and then League crashed without a bug splat. I log back in and only one friend is listed online, although I'm talking to the guy I just duoed with and he is on and nothing weird on his end. I click reconnect to game and the LoL logo comes up and sits there. Couple of times it went to black screen and loading symbol on mouse. Then says my firewall is blocking LoL, which I know it isn't. So I close it and bring it back up and same problems. Point three, the cone spell bug doesn't only affect cone spells. It affected W and E of Xin. If I press E it wont let me cast W for a few seconds randomly. Also in my last game I clicked to E to WW and nothing happened so I clicked to move backwards took a couple steps back WW walked out from under his tower at me and all of a sudden Xin casts E without me clicking and then WW ults me in tower range and I die. Spells are very glitchy on Xin.
