Key/Crate Bug?

I just won a 4v5, got a key and decided to open a crate. I got my key and unlocked the chest but it would just sit there loading. I clicked the store and went back to loot and it seems like it ate my key but not the chest. I restarted my client and still no new skin or anything. Unless I am blind, is there a way to check history on which new skins I got from hextech box ? because I think the game just ate my key :(
