After Nexus Death

It isn't anything game breaking but I found it odd that my team ended the game and then someone died.

I was Yorrick and the Maiden was up. Got a triple and then Nexus exploded. After it explodes and the banner starts to come up, we hear a Quadra Kill and Fizz died after end.

Not game breaking since end of game but odd.
