Poppy Hammer shock (Q) faces wrong direction after tp and flash.

When I teleport and try to use my Q straight away (imagine spamming Q while channeling the tp) Poppy turns around and throws her hammer shock behind her (more specifically she turns in the direction she was tp'ing from). This is rarely a problem but sometimes an enemy is right there when you tp and when you try to Q them straight out of your tp you'll just miss. This also happens with flash but only sometimes. I just tested it in customs. The problem happens when I press flash THEN Q as opposed to Q then flash.

I just did a google search for "poppy flash Q" and found lots of people talking about this problem going back several months including a video showing it happening. There's even a post on the boards here with a rioter claiming to be unable to reproduce the bug from just a few days ago. Is there no interest in fixing this bug?
