Poppy's Q lands behind her if used immediatly after flash [Gameplay]

This bug seems to have been around ever since Poppy's rework quite a while ago. Now that she's probably getting nerfed yet again can we finally get this bug fixed?

When you are walking forward and flash then Q the Q goes either behind her or off to the side. It doesn't seem to happen if you're standing still only when you're walking (aka chasing an enemy). This same thing also happens if you try to use Q straight out of teleport.

I made a short montage of me doing this in a custom game (using the replay tool :D).

It's worth noting that if you Q THEN flash it goes where you would expect it to. The problem is when you flash then Q, which has better utility at times.

I've definitely lost a few kills (and looked like a complete idiot) a few times due to this.
